In February 2010 Cat-toure reinvented the catwalk, being the first clothing line created exclusively for cats. Our line consists of tanks, hoodies, robes, and accessories. We offer a range of colors and fabrics. Our goal is to help cat owners style their cat(s) with top of the line quality products, making sure they are properly fitted, while staying warm and cozy, and looking cool and stylish. Our clothing is exclusively designed for the unique body of a cat. It will fit your cat properly and allow him/her to have a full range of motion. Cat-toure is sure to make your cat the meow of the town.

WASH CARE
We recommend washing our clothing by hand or machine with similar garments, inside out, in cool water and lay flat to dry. DO NOT BLEACH, IRON, WRING OR MACHINE DRY.

SIZING
We strive to provide accurate sizing information for our products. We highly recommend you measure your cat precisely to ensure an accurate fit. Please see our Size Chart for more information or contact us at info@cat-toure.com if you need assistance with sizing.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Occasionally, we may take your order and consequently discover that the item is not available for shipping (sold out, damaged or defective). In such cases, we will notify you via email of the status and do our utmost to fulfill the order as soon as possible. You will also have the option to cancel the order.
Product availability is subject to change without notice. We do our best to correct errors when discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).

Our tanks, hoodies, and robes are made of 100% combed cotton. We offer high-quality clothing; which is made of only the best quality fabric and craftsmanship. All of our clothing is designed in the USA and handmade in Indonesia by skilled professionals who love what they do. Our clothing is produced in small quantities, therefore each piece is carefully and properly made.

PRICES AND TAX
All prices are subject to change without notice. Consistent with the New York State sales tax law, items purchased and shipped to addresses in New York State are subject to applicable sales tax.

PAYMENT
We accept orders through our website (www.cat-toure.com). All of our transactions are processed through PayPal, if you do not have a PayPal account you can pay directly with a Credit or Debit Card. We sell our products worldwide in US currency.
To pay with a Credit or Debit Card, you have the option to do so after you click the “Checkout” button. You will then be prompted to the PayPal checkout page. On the left-hand side you will see “Why use PayPal” at the lower portion of that section you will see “Don’t have a PayPal account?,” click “Continue” and you will be able to enter all of your information on the left-hand side.

CANCELING AN ORDER
Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once you have completed the checkout process. If you have accidentally ordered the wrong size and your order has not shipped contact us as soon as possible at info@cat-toure.com and we will try our best to accommodate an exchange of size.

RETURN POLICY
Cat-toure products are non-refundable, due to industry health regulations we do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to measure your cat as accurately as possible. We cannot honor returns for any merchandise that has been used. Review our Size Chart carefully and email us with any questions prior to purchasing.
If an incorrect size or product was sent to you by accident, contact us within seven days of receiving your order. Items need to be unused and unopened, with all original packaging and tags. The product should be sent back to us via USPS First-Class Mail®, along with a confirmation number and a copy of the packing slip. We will cover this cost along with free shipping for the correct item sent back to you. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

SHIPPING
We ship our products via USPS First-Class Mail®. All domestic orders receive a delivery confirmation number upon shipping. Nationwide is $4 flat rate, shipping to Canada is $5 flat rate. Almost anywhere else in the world is $7 flat rate. Orders are shipped from New York, NY. Domestic orders take about 7 business days to be delivered and international orders take about 14 business days. We reserve the right to change or discontinue our flat rate policy at any time.

SECURITY/PRIVACY
At Cat-toure your security and privacy is very important to us. We use PayPal for all of our payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). NON-DELIVERABLE, REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED ORDERS
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, negligence, absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information (invalid, unknown or insufficient address), we will attempt to contact you via telephone and/or email to resolve the order. If no response is received, the customer will be charged the appropriate shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. Please make sure that the shipping information on your order is correct and that someone will be available to receive your package. All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages, will require an additional re-shipping charge.
