WHAT CUSTOMER INFORMATION WE COLLECT
The privacy of your personal information is important to us. Information about our customers is a vital part of our business, and we do not believe in selling it to others. By visiting Cat-toure (www.cat-toure.com), you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. This Policy may change from time to time, so please check back periodically.

Our site allows you to buy products, enter contests, receive discounts, fill out surveys, and receive newsletters, emails or other promotional information from us. We use the information that we collect about you to fulfill your product purchases and to create an enjoyable online experience.

From our website, you may visit other merchants through links who may collect and use your personal information. In those cases, the third party merchant's privacy policy will govern how your information is collected and used.

In order to provide you with an extensive product selection and a great shopping experience, Cat-toure collects two types of information about its visitors: Individual Information and Non-Individual Information. Our primary goal in collecting this information is to fill your order, respond to your requests, communicate with you and improve our site.

If you would like to learn more, the Federal Trade Commission provides useful information about online privacy on its site (www.ftc.gov).

INDIVIDUAL INFORMATION
Individual Information refers to information that is specific to you. Personal information is requested when you register and set up an account, order a product, enter contests, fill out surveys, and send us feedback. We store any information that we receive from you. This information might include your name, billing and shipping addresses, telephone number, email address, credit card or other payment information, and product details. With this information, Cat-toure can fill your orders, communicate with you about your order, send you promotional materials, and provide you customer service.

If you contact Cat-toure by telephone, email or letter, we may keep a record of your correspondence or comments. If you report a problem with our site, we may collect such information in a file specific to you. If you contact us through our contact us field or by calling one of our customer service representatives, we may ask for your name, email address and order information to reply to you. If other users or a third party sends us correspondence about your activities or purchases on our site, we may keep the information in a file specific to you.

We may send you emails regarding current promotions, specials and new additions to the site. You may "opt-out," or unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us, or by sending an email to info@cat-toure.com. If you agree to receive emails from any of our third party service providers or any third party merchants on our site, you will receive separate emails from them, and information that you choose to disclose to them will be subject to their privacy policy. If you later decide that you no longer want to receive their emails, you will need to follow their specific opt-out instructions.

NON-INDIVIDUAL INFORMATION
Non-Individual Information refers to information that, by itself, does not refer to an individual. We gather information about where our customers shop on our site. This information is compiled and analyzed on both a personal and an aggregated basis. This information may include the Website's Uniform Resource Locator ("URL") that you just came from, which URL you go to afterward, what browser you are using, and your Internet Protocol ("IP") address. A URL is the global address of documents and other resources on the World Wide Web. An IP address is an identifier for a computer or device on a Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol ("TCP/IP") network, such as the World Wide Web. Networks like the Web use the TCP/IP protocol to route information based on the IP address of the destination. In other words, an IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the web, allowing web servers to locate and identify your computer. Computers require IP addresses in order for users to communicate on the Internet, browse and shop.

On an aggregated basis, we collect anonymous data related to the pages, products, downloads and other content that is sampled, clicked on, streamed, searched for, transferred from and downloaded. We also track customers' traffic patterns throughout their online session, including which pages and information a customer views while using the site and what items they place in their basket or purchase. We use your IP address to diagnose problems with our servers, software, to administer our site, and to gather demographic information.

COOKIES
Like many websites, we use "cookies" and obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses our site. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser. The Help portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether.

THIRD PARTY AGENTS
We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and email, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, and providing customer service (collectively these companies and individuals are called "agents"). They have access to Individual Information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes. For example, we must release your credit card information to the card-issuing bank to confirm payment, and release your address and telephone information to the delivery service to deliver products that you ordered. If customers do not pay us for products ordered, we may submit their account information to a third party collection agency.

THIRD PARTY SITES
Please be aware that our site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. The information practices of those sites linking from or to our site are not covered by this Policy. These other sites may send their own cookies to users, collect data, or solicit personal information. Please consult the privacy policy of each site. Cat-toure is not responsible for the policies or practices of third parties.

We may run promotions for merchants where you may visit the merchants' sites. In some of those promotions, a window or frame containing the merchant's site may appear. Any time you are in a window, you should assume that your personal information is being collected, used and disclosed in accordance with that merchant's policies. This Policy does not apply to information that you supply to those merchants. Any information that you share with them will be used and disclosed in accordance with that merchant's privacy policy.

On occasion, unaffiliated third parties will "frame" our site in an effort to collect customer information. To ensure your privacy, make sure that your order originates from Cat-toure’s site. Cat-toure is not in any manner responsible in the event that you do disclose information to an unaffiliated framing site.

CONDITIONS OF USE, NOTICES, AND REVISIONS

Unless otherwise stated, our current Policy applies to all information that we have about you and your account. If Cat-toure makes changes to any terms or conditions of this Policy, the changes will be posted in this document so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information and to whom we will disclose it. We may change, modify, add or remove portions of this Policy at any time, and any changes will become effective immediately when posted on Cat-toure. We stand behind the promises we make, however, and will never materially change our Privacy Policy to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the consent of affected customers. This Privacy Policy was last updated on January 30, 2010.

RELEASE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We are committed to your privacy and will not share or sell your personal information with anyone. However, you understand and agree that Cat-toure may release user information about you if required by law or subpoena; or if such release of the information is necessary to address unlawful or harmful activity, without prior notice to you. Cat-toure fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when you are finished using a shared computer.

Cat-toure reserves the right to disclose your Individual Information in the event that the company is sold, in whole or in part, either as an entire corporate entity or through an asset sale that includes a customer information database. This right is reserved whether or not the customer database is sold independently of any continuing operations of such company.
