In February 2010 Cat-toure reinvented the catwalk, being the first clothing line created exclusively for cats. Our goal is to help cat owners style their cats with top of the line quality products, making sure they are properly fitted, while staying warm and cozy, and looking cool and stylish. Our clothing is exclusively designed for the unique body of a cat. It will fit your cat properly and allow him/her to have a full range of motion. SIZING

WASH CARE
We recommend washing our clothing by hand or machine with similar garments, inside out, in cool water and lay flat to dry. DO NOT BLEACH, IRON, WRING OR MACHINE DRY. BACK TO TOP

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Occasionally, we may take your order and consequently discover that the item is not available for shipping (sold out, damaged or defective). In such cases, we will notify you via email of the status and do our utmost to fulfill the order as soon as possible. You will also have the option to cancel the order. Product availability is subject to change without notice. We do our best to correct errors when discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted). PRICES AND TAX
All prices are subject to change without notice. Consistent with the New York State sales tax law, items purchased and shipped to addresses in New York State are subject to applicable sales tax. BACK TO TOP

PAYMENT
We accept orders through our website (www.cat-toure.com). All of our transactions are processed through PayPal, if you do not have a PayPal account you can pay directly with a Credit or Debit Card. We sell our products worldwide in US currency.
To pay with a Credit or Debit Card, you have the option to do so after you click the “Checkout” button. You will then be prompted to the PayPal checkout page. On the left-hand side you will see “Why use PayPal” at the lower portion of that section you will see “Don’t have a PayPal account?,” click “Continue” and you will be able to enter all of your information on the left-hand side. CANCELING AN ORDER
If you have completed the checkout process and we have not processed your order on our end, you may cancel your order with a $2 cancellation fee. Unfortunately, once orders have been processed on our end orders cannot be canceled. If you have accidentally ordered the wrong size and your order has not shipped contact us as soon as possible via e-mail and we will try our best to accommodate an exchange of size. BACK TO TOP

SHIPPING
We ship worldwide and can ship anywhere USPS will go! Our packages are sent via USPS First-Class Mail®. We offer flat rate shipping, $5.95 domestic, $12.95 to Australia, $11.95 to Germany, Italy, New Zealand, Sweden and the United Kingdom and $8.95 to all other international destinations. Orders are shipped from New York, NY. Domestic orders take about 7 business days to be delivered and international orders take about 14 business days. We reserve the right to change or discontinue our flat rate policy at any time. BACK TO TOP

RETURN POLICY
Cat-toure products are non-refundable, due to industry health regulations we do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to measure your cat as accurately as possible. We cannot honor returns for any merchandise that has been used. Review our Size Chart carefully and email us with any questions prior to purchasing.
If an incorrect size or product was sent to you by accident, contact us within seven days of receiving your order. Items need to be unused and unopened, with all original packaging and tags. The product should be sent back to us via USPS First-Class Mail®, along with a confirmation number and a copy of the packing slip. We will cover this cost along with free shipping for the correct item sent back to you. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. BACK TO TOP

NON-DELIVERABLE, REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED ORDERS
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, negligence, absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information (invalid, unknown or insufficient address), we will attempt to contact you via email to resolve the order. If no response is received within 30 days, the merchandise is no longer claimable and the customer will not receive a refund. Please make sure that the shipping information on your order is correct and that someone will be available to receive your package. All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages, will require an additional re-shipping charge.
